The pony fun will continue in Miami - June 26th - June 30th on a Royal Caribbean Cruise to the Bahamas !!

Cool initiative! Being located in Europe, I will only be able to attend one event and I think I'll be aiming for the main convention in Fall. Looking forward to finding out the event dates so I can book my tickets :Flutter3:
 
Where can I find more info about what events are planned for the land and/or sea parts? I need to sell my other half with info of what we'll be doing etc if we can come.

It's still in the works, but the land portion of the event will be set up with vendor tables, have activities and presentations/workshop demos for customizing ponies etc.

The at sea is planned to have several social group activities, designated areas/times for trading and selling ponies, group dinners on a schedule that are optional of course. But the main idea for the ship is to do as much or as little as you like. Also booking in the block you get several perks such as on board shopping credits! This video may help For more of an idea of what to do on and off the ship.
 
Oh I wish! The price of the cruise itself is reasonable but the hard part for me is making the round trip flight to Florida! Prices of flights are so high that it's just barely less money than the cruise itself to fly round trip.

Understandable! If you are able to make it to just the meet part, it would be awesome! If it we will for sure see you in November at PFF!
 
This looks like so much fun! And the port is very close to my mother's house and we've been talking about doing a vacation together for a while now. I'm confused about the price though. Is that the price per night or for the entire trip? If it's for the whole trip then I'm shocked. I thought cruises usually cost thousands of dollars!

Yes it's per person the price, but rooms are double occupancy so it would be x2 for the total of the room for 2 people.
Cruises are fairly cheap these days... but also depends on the duration, what type of room and also what cruise line you go on.

If you have questions regarding the cruise, it's best to call or email Stephanie the travel agent (info above in cruise flyer), since she can answer all questions! I hope you are able to make it! It will be a lot of fun!
 
Y'know, I haven't seen Glass Onion yet, but this seems like an amazing setting for a mystery. Someone decides to bring their Rapunzel and it vanishes from their luggage, and in the third act it's also revealed that it was imitation to begin with (it's a custom meetup, after all!)

I love that idea! I truly would feel like I'm living in a movie if that were to happen.

Actually, a pony murder mystery dinner theater thing could be so fun for a future pony meet event. Except instead of a murder someone has swapped a rate pony with a mangled fakie, oh no! Maybe the next big event should be on a train. :lolpony:
 
I can't seem to get the RSVP link to work, but I think I'll be able to do this, and I'm really excited. What kind of things are being planned for the Sea meet? Not that there's a lack of things to do on a cruise ship, but I'd love to know more about the specifics of the meetup.
