G1 How much to charge for hair restoration on Fairy Tail Birds?

Hey everypony, I have a request to restore some hair on this Fairy Tail Bird.

Questions I have for this, are what would be hair color matches for this, and to customize this, would I simply cut along the circular bottom where the feet are?
