How do you display your collection?

I am lucky enough to have a pony room, which I share with my Roommate and her He-Man/She-Ra collection (we call it the Geek Cave). We've just finished getting all the Billy bookshelves and other Ikea furniture to display everything. There...is not enough space. It's only a matter of time before the doors come off the closet and we start building shelves in there (and I'm eyeing the guest room next door, too...) I need to cut down on my merchandise and accessory habits.

Valerie, those are some of the sweetest displays I've ever seen! Awesome!

Buy bookshelves at car boot sales/garage sales.

I have a large red cabinet with glass doors, and most of my collection sit in there. Some are on top, others scattered around my room. I would love to have a room to store them in, but I don't have enough XD

I have black IKEA bookcases with glass doors for my collection. I also made risers for the shelves so I can fit 3 rows of ponies on each shelf and still be able to see them all nicely. ^-^

I finally got myself a tall glass display case for my ponies but of course I have run out of room and will be needing another one.

I keep mine on a huge bookshelf in the garage. When I first got the shelf, it was more than enough room for my ponies, but at this point they're overcrowding and spreading onto the neighboring shelves. :,D I'm hoping to buy either another shelf or a bigger one later. I'm extremely envious of people who have entire ROOMS dedicated to their herds too. :3

I have shelves I got from Home Depot lining my walls, with risers I made from a tutorial I found on the arena. I'm currently saving up to buy a house and my dream is to turn a spare room into a pony room. Some day!:ponylove:

My collection is only at about 40 right now, but I squeeze my ponies onto my dresser at the moment. My poor Nursery is sitting on my floor until I can find space for it somewhere in my room. All my shelves hold my other dolls(bjds on one and monster high dolls on another. I tried placing them in my doll cabinet in the dining room, but there wasn't room for them and my dolls and figures out there. I'm still at home with my parents while in college so I can't wait until I can move out and have a real place for my collections. I yearn for a nice big bookshelf.

All of my collection is boxed away because we're in a rental apartment and there's limitations on types of wall mounts we're allowed to do Dx

Over the years, the extent of my "pony display" has simply been a custom pony figure I created of my fursona Mana Lai Ayerus

I display her with some of my other favorite artistic figures that have kinda landed in my possession over the years, including a large pink mushroom, a Lucky Cat (I love Lucky Cats so much, got so many various forms of them adorning our household) and some precious gems~ both my spouse and I are into beautiful minerals.

I think that's one of your prettiest customs. Her eyes are so soft and gentle, and I love her hair and her ears. I like the rearing pose a lot, but I feel like official ponies don't make full use of its potential. That mushroom is so quirky cute, and the lucky cat is adorable. It all goes together so perfectly. I love displays that look like scenes or dioramas and that aren't just police lineups. But they do take up a lot more space than they'd do otherwise.
