Hi everyone! I finally decided to make an account after lurking for several months (also thought I should find people to share my interest with instead of bothering my real life friends haha)
I was a G4 brony when I was a teenager but kind of fell out of interest over time, only to get back into MLP media casually in the last couple of years. Last year, I fell down a rabbit hole of RetroGeek Crafts lovingly restoring G1 ponies to their former glory and I realized that I love the look of the G1s. They're just so pretty and have great color schemes and designs. After consuming as much of the MyLittleWiki info as I could, I decided to buy my first pony, Galaxy. Since then, I've amassed a collection of 7 and have my eyes on many more! I'm a wig stylist so I've applied my knowledge of working with synthetic wig hair to restyling pony hair and I've had great results!
I'll be posting updates as I restore my collection of G1s and sharing with people (when I figure out which subforum is the right one for showing off restorations) who I know will appreciate them the way I do!
