Here are my latest ponies, finally all rehaired!
I used my savings to order about 30 skeins of hair, so expect more finished products on a weekly basis! I have about 7 more customs just awaiting hair...
First up is Odin, of my Pantheon series. Overall I'm very happy with how he turned out. And the bait Glory I used had the whitest body I had ever seen, which helped out a bunch! His beard was a blast to do!
Next we have Calypso, of my Pantheon series. 13 inch mane, 10 inch tail: the longest I've ever rehaired! I am very happy with how her hair, symbol, and crystals turned out. But not very pleased with her dye job. She ended up a bit grainy, and has quite a bit of discoloration on her NDS neck and DS rump. At the time I thought dyeing would cover up a bait's discoloration...but now I know better! Oh, and the dye is seeping through the white in her symbols a bit. Ugh. But despite her faults, I think she still pulls off goddess very well! LOL

Reclining!
Next we have Lil Lady, pictured here with dad Sunburst. Lil Lady started off as a fakie with yellow hair. As soon as she arrived the idea came to me, and in a few hours she was completely rehaired, styled, and painted!
I thought I could dye a Sparkler yellow to make a Red Roses custom. Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way! What I ended up with was a golden brown unicorn. At first I was a bit repulsed....
But then I got to thinking..."How about a goddess custom? No, how about a whole SET of them?!"
And that is how **** came about...that is how ALL my god/goddess ponies came about!
I am absolutely in love with ****--she's my fav so far! She was rehaired in Kiss of Death and Golden Goddess. Hers is the best dye job out of the bunch. Someday she hopes to have an Egyptian-looking necklace, too...
