Help me identify this italian, please!

I just found this at a carboot with a lot of 7 commons, so just wondering if anyone can tell me who she is? I don't have any other italians yet so not too knowledgable!

Yup, cannibalcow is correct. There was an Italian and a US release of her. Not sure about a UK version. I hope she cleans up nice for you!
