hello! i’m kate (she/her) and i’m 16. for most of my childhood i’ve had an obsession with ponies, and just this year i got super into them again, especially the G1 ponies!!! my favorite G1 ponies are all of them, of course, but especially moondancer, applejack, sundance, and cherries jubilee. my favorite G4 pony is princess luna!! other than ponies, i love fashion history (19th century), and crochet! it’s so nice to meet you all!!

Welcome young pony lover! It does my heart good to see a new generation enjoying G1! (I’m 43 and I was 3 when MLP first hit shelves so it was my whole childhood… and has remained a huge part of my life.) Do you own the favorite ponies you mentioned?

My daughter (now 21) has been crocheting since she was 16, too. I never got into it myself but that’s an awesome hobby!

thanks!!! i do own the ponies i mentioned. i received them from my friend’s mother who gifted me some of her old childhood ponies, and that’s what started my (small) g1 collection!
