I thought making an introduction would motivate me to be active and talk to others because I’m quite shy even online u///u.
When needed, you can just refer to me by my username, Magic Star! I’m 20 years old, soon to be 21, and I live in Arizona with my girlfriend. Growing up, I was a huge My Little Pony fan! I had specials from all generations on VHS and I collected many G3 and G4 ponies. Unfortunately, my G3 ponies are long gone and my G4 ponies were left behind for my little siblings when I moved out, so I have no little ponies anymore.
Recently, I started rewatching My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic with my girlfriend (she resisted at first but she’s now a huge fan) and it reignited my love for all things My Little Pony. As a teen, I was active in the online MLP:FIM fandom and was more interested in the show than collecting. Now that I’m older, I’ve fallen head over heels for G1 ponies specifically and I want to start collecting them sometime in the future. I’m still in the research phase at the moment, learning how to find the best deals and take care of the ponies, but soon I will purchase my very first little pony. Can you guess who it’s going to be?
I also draw a lot of pony art! My Little Pony is what inspired me to take art seriously and ponies are the first things I got good at. I noticed there’s a place to post art here so I may look into that soon!
As for non-pony related things, I also collect Care Bears, manga, and anything else that makes me happy. Unfortunately, I am between jobs at the moment so all collecting has been put on hold for now. I spend most of my free time playing video games, drawing, writing, and more! I’m online a lot so feel free to say hi whenever you see me around. I may add some links to my accounts elsewhere soon if I’m brave enough.
