I really hope I’m getting this correct!

Hello! I’m Reskell! (Or Resk for short!) I’m 27 and from the United Kingdom! I’ve updated my about section on here to include loads of information about me! But I’ll post a quick summary here!

I am communications and decorations lead for UK PonyCon as well as a member of its arts team! I’m a traditional exclusive artist, which means everything I do is hand drawn! I draw in every generation style of My Little Pony!

That’s Britannia, the mascot of UK PonyCon, I’ve drawn her countless times by now!

I really enjoy collecting G3, while I’m rather new to the collecting scene? It’s really become a huge passion of mine! I was never into MLP when I was really young, but the aesthetic of G3 gives me so much nostalgia for the Y2K era!

Hoping to make some friends, show y’all some of the artwork I create and maybe even partake in some card swaps and fun things like that!

It’s so lovely to see a Jazz Hooves icon too! I really love G5 and it’s nice to see it being appreciated! She’s one of my faves! I have a plush of her from Katie’sArtsAndCrafts next to my bed, she’s itty bitty but very cute!

Found it! Here’s my tiny Jazz approving of me putting all of mine and my partners nail polishes in colour order haha! She’s very very smol!
I love Misty too! Here in the UK we haven’t had any Misty toys release yet and it’s makes me so sad! She’s really beloved, for good reason! I’m really hopeful we have a release over here eventually! We haven’t had the Jazz toy release yet either, but that I don’t mind so much! I passed on it when I was visiting the USA so, I consider that my fault for not grabbing it!

Yeah, totally get that! I think I enjoy a slower pace of things though. I miss when you would send someone a message and wake up the next day to a reply and you didn’t feel like you needed to respond immediately! I get pretty overwhelemed with the speed of things online nowadays so this may suit me better!
I’m very ‘on’ social media, all the time, it’s my role within UK PonyCon to manage all of its social media, as well as my own personal stuff! So having something slower paced is likely good for my mental health to have a more chilled vibe!

ThankYou again for being so welcoming! You are the first person I’ve interacted with on here so far, but I have found one of my Twitter mutuals here as well so I don’t feel completely out of my depth at least!

@Reskell That Jazz is so cute!! I love that she is at home with the nail polishes. The little keychains of Pipp's cutie mark and Jazz on her are so precious as well!! I wish Hasbro was more consistent with their international releases- G5 merchandise and toys are scattered around the globe, making it challenging for collectors. People on here can usually help you source international releases, if you're willing to stomach the high shipping costs, though!

I know what you mean about how fast things are nowadays. I use Twitter a lot myself, and I enjoy being able to blurt out my thoughts to my friends, but there are definitely a lot of positives with having more time to think about things and respond thoughtfully. I'm glad that you are finding people you know here- I love being able to spot familiar faces from the MLPTP on different platforms

Yes! The little charms are by Vederlicht! I have a matching one with Jazz’s cutie mark on my Pipp at the same size! I saw them? And just had to get them! They are shrinky dinks! Too cute!
For real! I also collect Monster High dolls and the European market is so very often left behind or forgotten about? It’s really quite lame! Im heading to the states again next year in October so I’m hoping to fill up my suitcase with anything I didn’t get last time! (So much for Disneyworld souvenirs! We’re going pony shopping!)
But yes! That’s another reason I wanted to join the server as well, for assistance locating items! Im trying to build a collection of Wysteria from Gen3 and I’m hopeful I can fill in some gaps via here! I have so many Pipp Petals from Gen 5 in the same mould that im not looking to get more right now haha!
Oh cool! Yeah I’m a bit obsessed with Twitter! It’s really lovely but not being hampered by character limits on here as well? Is really nice! Feels like we’re having more of a conversation, but it isn’t instant messaging pressure! It’s just what I’ve been after and im glad you get what I mean haha!

I kinda love names that are just, names! Im also guilty of giving characters placeholder names that stick haha!

that's not a problem! I try not to check here too often either I just love this community and the interactions but I need to do real world things sometimes LOL
