Hey! I am brand new to the forum, a Teeny Tiny Baby Pony indeed!
I used to have G1 ponies as a kid in Italy MAAAAAANY years ago. I don't have my childhood ponies anymore, but recently I have become interested in G1 ponies again as an artist. I got some bait ponies and painted them and rehaired, and I am in love with ponies all over again.
I now live in France in a beautiful region of forests and medieval castles called Dordogne.

Welcome to the post from the rural American countryside!
I'm Mintyeon the resident Mint fanatic!
Please enjoy your stay here on the post! <3

Hello Fauno! I would love to see some of those ponies you have worked on. Welcome!!

To know that there are people who grew up in countries that had the ponies we covet in the US is so cool! Who was in your childhood herd? Definitely share pictures of your customs!!

I know right!?
Now I see everyone pining after those Italian ponies and I'd pull my hair off
My favourites were Minty (!) my very first pony, Turchino (Moonstone), and Cleopatra (Medley). I also had Pinky (Peachy I think), and Lemondrop, and Baby Surprise, and a few others, but these were my favourites. Even now I am most fond of the ponies from the first years. I am oooold

Thank you!
Here are two I finished that are Harry Potter inspired. They are Sprout and Quibbler (previously Tootsie and Squeezer).
There is another one I finished but it's for someone else, so I think I will only share after they received it
And I am working on a couple more!
I have gone through some stressful stuff lately, and I find this pony-making very therapeutic

Your customs are delightful!
I love how much detail you put into the cutie marks!

Thank you so much! I did lots of botanical illustrations and similar in past years, so it's the sort of style that comes natural to me

Welcome pony friend!! I think I might have saw these customs on a FB page. They are stunning and so much detail. Thanks for sharing! Hope to see you around the TP!

Yes, I did post them in one Facebook group :)
Thank you very much!

Welcome
Wow that first Harry Potter themed one is really cool! And the photos look great too

YAY you're here!!! :lolpony: I can't wait to share the custom Lackadaisy you made with everybody here, it's the most exciting thing that has happened to me in a while. I just need to wait for her to make her overseas journey! :barnacle:

Welcome to the MLPTP! Your HP customs are so pretty! And yes, whenever I see other members from far off places I can't help but think of all the awesome foreign exclusives you must've had :surprisepony: I have a few ponies from Italy, I often notice they have slightly thicker eyeliner/lash paint and it amuses me cause my husband's grandparents are from Italy and he has those thick, long, dark, beautiful eyelashes that I would kill for :hmph: (he doesn't even appreciate them LOL) and I think, yep, even the Italian ponies got better lashes than me LOL!
