Last time around there were a couple of tie. In such a case, I would edit the title to say "TIE BREAKER NEEDED!" Since the poll expires after 24 hours, meaning no one would be able to click the button, then I would take the first person to respond's written vote. I'd ask for someone who hadn't yet voted to cast that vote.
