Headless Tornado needs YOUR help!

So a number of years ago....and I know this is a long shot. But someone took a Tornado head for a member named Delc17. That person was going to repink or rehair him. However the head was never returned. I am sure it was just a forgotten thing...or because Delc17 left the pony boards, or something perfectly innocent...but now someone out there has a tornado head...and I just purchased the body! I am hoping someone out there will go Hey! I have that head! and be able to send it to me. I would be happy to pay for it. Delc17 does not recall who it was...and it was between 2006 and 2011.
Help a poor headless boy out!

:O Its the Headless Horsey! I dunno how one would fix that easily. My only ideas are to get a really common, manky, baity big-bro head with serious, unfixable body problems and fix it up to be Tornado's. Or if someone is a talented sculptor have them make him a new one. Poor Tornado.

man that is so bad. I hope you find some kind of replacement or we gonna have to call him the headless tornado which sounds about right for tornadoes.

Personally what I would do is find a super baity Mountain Boy/Big Brother with a head in good condition, take his head, dye it and change his eye color and then replace the mane. Perhaps you could even get someone to cast you a new replica head and just paint up the eyes and give him some hair.
