G1 Hasbro Releasing G1 Merch?

Now, I live on a small island, and yesterday I went to a bigger place where I stumbled upon some G1 merchandise. I was really surprised! I didn't know they still released that stuff. I walked away with some MLP stationery and some cute PJ's with a 'Hasbro 2014' label. Did you know about this?

The only G1 re-release I knew about were those reissued toys from 2007; I had no idea official retro stuff was coming out! (But $60 for a kiddie backpack? Is that typical?)
