Hey ladies and gentlemen,
Groupon is offering a deal where you pay $7 and get $15 worth of eBay credit! It can be applied toward your purchase and it counts toward shipping and any tax. The only drawback is that this groupon is 1 per customer and you can only use one of these groupons per purchase. But still, $8 off of any purchase of $15 or more is nothing to sneeze at! You can also split up your credit between two smaller purchases.

I know that aside from this website and the Arena, eBay is where I shop for ponies and other miscellaneous weirdness. This is a pretty sweet deal and it's for a limited time only.
I'm not putting any referral stuff in this so rest assured my reasons for sharing this somewhat secret Groupon are entirely altruistic. Bargains rock my socks!

Awesome! Thanks for the heads up! :D

My photography business was featured on groupon a month and a half ago. It was awesome! It's crazy expensive advertising, but it works. LOL

That's awesome, thanks Foxbite! I bought one because it's a 53% savings. How awesome! I can't wait to use it.... on unsuspecting ponies, haha!

Thanks a million zillion foxbite for the link!!

Wow!!! Thank you--what a treasure find. :)

I just got a confirmation email and it says, "When you get ready to use your Groupon, print it here" does anyone know if you can print it ahead of time, or does it expire a certain amount of time after printing?

Also, there is no expiration date listed at all... does anyone know anything about this?

You can just view the certificate and use the promo code from the bottom right corner instead of printing it out. I do not believe it expires, everything I've read says it doesn't.
You should always be able to view all your groupons, used or unused by going to the Groupon website, looking at the righthand corner, and clicking 'My Groupons' in the drop down menu.

Thanks again! I've never used Groupon before but have heard so much about it. Now that I'm signed up I'll probably be using it a lot more.

Groupons do expire... but not in the same way as coupons do. A groupon's full value use expires usually after six months. At that point they still have value, but are only worth what you paid for them.

For example?

The groupon for my business sold for 59.00, but the service it can be redeemed for is worth 350.00. If the groupon is redeemed after the expiry date, it is no longer worth the 350.00, it is only worth 59.00.

You never lose your money... but the super deals are only valid prior to the expiry date.
