Thanks to ilfiorelaluna's awesome post, and Shlugh's awesome help, I've uncovered some fonts that the G1 backcards/pamphlets/etc. use.
There are 2 that I know of so far, but I believe there are a few more to find out. If you want to do a search for other fonts, here's the resource I used: WhatTheFont : MyFonts
First:
The font you see used on early G1 backcard stories and on the name tags that came with the UK Snuzzle Grooming Parlor is called ITC Souvenir demi. See it here.
Second:
The font you see used as the names of each set (Rainbow, Unicorns, Pegasi) under the logo in a little ribbon, and on the name tags for the Pretty Parlor is called Devinne D Regular. See it here.
I cannot quite get the font for the early logo, I get ones similar to it, but nothing exactly like it.
I have not done a search for any other G1 fonts, but if you're into G3 fonts, check out this thread, it has a G3 pamphlet that the hasbro reps showed us at the 2007 Pony Fair.
More to come... on G1 Fonts... Uncovered, Exposed! :hysterical:
