Yes, he was made by Funko as an exclusive for Think Geek. It looks like he's still available on their site (and on sale too!).

2014 SDCC exclusives announced!
1. This acrobatic Vinyl Figure had a dark makeover!
2. This famous DJ also had a dark makeover!
(Off of this we are guessing the first pony is either Spitfire, Rainbow Dash, or Pinkie Pie, and the second pony is DJ, as for dark makeover we are thinking either maybe evil villian like designs, shadowbolt designs, black design like the mini, etc.)

Lastly glitter Spitfire and Sweetie Drops are on the way!
