What is the reddish one with purple hair in the second picture? That one is so cute I used to have a couple of those.

That is also Lanard pony. She is older generation. Newer Lanards are in the third picture :). Althought I haven't checked their hoofs. If there is now mark that says Lanard then they are fake Lanards :p Fakies fake :D

In the fourth picture the bigger ones are Simba and little ones Remco, or so I think ^^.

Now I'm confused as heck

Lanards or Remcos? I keep confusing mine for those!

Don't be :D They are just copyrighted ponies as My little pony is. They all have to look little bit different (because the copyright issues) but they all are on competing on the same marked (or have been. Those ponies in the pictures has been bougt in the -80, -90 and -00). I do not know if they anymore make those ponies.
I do not have very much info these ponies myself :( I'm just guessing by they looks which company had made them. I haven't even checked their hoofs etc. so thay can be copies too.
I guess that blue pony (last picture) next to those bigger (pink and purple) ones is fake Gabbage Patch pony. Some say that in order to be real Gabbage Patch pony in their the stomach should be written Hasbro. But I'm not sure..

New fakie set found when shopping at the Outlet store ^^

Note how the pink one looks like a wiener/weenie/sausage/Dauchund/whatever
(Btw that pink blob is a crown that doesn't fit on her head and breaks like sandstone, literally)
The saddle-wing thingy fits on other ponies like G3s and G1 babies

Those look like Chap Mei ponies! I love those...

Cheap Chap Mai are twice as awesome! :satisfied:

My 7-year-old has started collecting fakies and we have been working to ID them. We know these photos are a Pretty Pony Family set:

And the middle one of these is a Cabbage Patch Kids (CPK) fakie:

But we don't know the other 2 in the above pictures. Both have molded collars and horseshoe shapes on their hooves. They are a very soft, squishy plastic. Anyone know what they are?

The ones below are a Toysmith fakie (left) and Dollar General Newborn (right):

These remaining ones we don't know. The yellow one has a light-up gem on her hip and sides of her face, and the purple one has what we think are wing holes on her sides. Anyone have any thoughts?

This one is 10 inches tall and may be an old Sleeping Beauty horse from Disney, so not really a fakie. But maybe?

Gosh I use to have a bunch of fakies but I got rid of all of them. I don't think I own a single one anywhere now.

omg I was thinking of this thread while I was sifting through my bait box for a g3 bait for a future custom of FFvii Advent Children Kadaj custom pony for @Ology , and I got my fakies out and started snapping pics~

Start this off with my most recent purchase of fakies from local dollar store

Examining them close, the blue one's head is ALREADY splitting apart, and I haven't even opened their packages yet! lol!
Look behind the ears, you can see the gap in the seam of the head mold.

The other year, I purchased some similar g3.5 fakies that were worse, heads aren't removable, glitter flakes off easily and the eyeballs are stickers XD
Appears to be another company brand, as well~

So different brands, very similar and are both clearly g3.5 knock offs... are these improvements upon the older, or... FAKIES OF FAKIES? omg lol

And these, are fakies I purchased from my local Safeway grocery store. They're fakies of the g3 shy pose~
I've kept them stored in my bait box for some years now, and the storage has caused the packaging to break/come loose, lol.

And lastly, some very adorable baby fakies I purchased from a odd store at a mall. They look g3-inspired yet maybe original in pose and/or size.

My daughter is anxious to share her new fakies. We decided to do a 'fakie hunt day'. We went to consignment stores, Goodwill, all the local dollar stores, and Walmart to see what we could find. At the Dollar Tree store we found:

We found one 'Horse Family Set" at each of 2 different Walmarts -- looks like they combined bits and pieces from other Kid Connections sets because the big ponies look like CPK fakies and the little ones look like Gen 3 fakies and when I look them up online it appears they were previously parts of other sets. They all have glass eyes and the big ones have molded horse shoes:

At our local Kid2Kid consignment store we found the below 2 jointed ponies. I wasn't sure they'd count as fakies, but my daughter is convinced:

We also got a big box of G3 ponies and G3 furniture at Kid2Kid, which I won't post here. They also had 2 large horses that match the 10" pink horse we were mystified about earlier. So now we know that one is an older version of the Sleeping Beauty Disney horse. We decided to keep it with our fakies anyway so it wouldn't get lonely. Here is my daughter in her 'fakie' shirt with her collection:

You two must have so much fun going out Pony Hunting, PonyMom! It's such an enjoyable thing, looking around stores and finding treasures!

Don't know if she counts

When Baby Quackers didn't have any My Little Ponies, she had only two; McStarsong and this gal. This was when Core Seven was on, mind you. She named Starsong "Blazes" and this one was called "Rainbow Cream" or something. She decked both of them in stickers and this one still has sticker residue on her flank and forehead. This one had a Lsa Frank Rainbow Ice Cream cone sticker on her butt and a holographic star on her forehead. Starsong had the stickers that originally came with her, a bunch of stars and she added some fancy sticker lines. We still have both and I am surprised they are still in good condition.
