Really? I didn't think I got the eyes very well... I couldn't get them exactly symmetrical, and eventually I just said close will have to do.

The bees were fun to paint. Maybe the tipsy one's had a bit too much honey?

Alrighty; Pika's pony is winging her way to her new home. Kat's pony has been started, failed, and restarted. I am pretty sure I have everything I need to actually do her the way I want this time!

No, nothing melted... just didn't do what I wanted; I was trying to dye her green, and part took and part didn't, so she was sort of green and pink mottled, so I dyed her again, and now she's black...so I think that one's going to go for a different project, maybe a first try at the rock band ponies? and I've taken a different route with a different base for you. Which is also having mixed results... I think i thinned my mod podge too much, and will need to re-coat her, but not calling quits on her yet

Roulette

Kat's asked me to post pictures of her new pony, as she can't wait to see her

So here's Miss Roulette:

Betting board on one side, wheel on the other, and a spade on her forehead. She's 'felted' with model landscaping material, as I failed abysmally at dying a pre-flocked fakie in the color I wanted. Painted with acrylics, and re-haired with embroidery floss.
