her hair is just blue, but your picture has cute ringlets, so could you swirl in some white as well :) she is an earth pony, greeny yellow, with pink lolly pops

i hope she's ok, i swirled in a bit of white like you asked, and i even gave a slight twinkle to tootsie's mane, so it looked like she'd just got back with a new doo from the grooming parlour.
