i got a question....again

how do you set it up so that when you smudge the hair, it wont smear the outline of the hair??

i tried layering it, i got it to work once but every ther time when i put in a new layer, i couldnt do anything to it..no drawing, highlighting, anything how did i get it to work the 1st time?

im using photoshop

Use the magic wand tool! It is magical! You just click the color you are going to color...its how I do all my coloring.

Thank you! They have a 'Render: Lava' function on GIMP (not sure if it's on photoshop). It took a while for me to figure out how to get it contained in the area I wanted it in, and then I had to lighten it up a bit so you could see the details. The coolest part is that you can change the colors. I was fooling around quite a bit with purple lava, and blue lava, and what not
