hello all! I'm new! ^^

idk if people usually post progress threads... but I'm going to anyway. x3

My supplies and baits are finally here so I've decided to set this up and stop lurking.

The first pony I'll be attempting is an original, simple design, a pony named Trendy Step for my little sister.
She's a gaudy little girl so she's getting a gaudy little pony. xD Here's the concept I have for her:

As you can see, she's going to be very pink and rhinestoney and leopard printy.

I'll put up pics as I go along, starting with the bait itself and reroot.

I'm just waiting on the hair and I'll post my initial pictures. I don't really work with clay very much
so I don't think I'll be attempting any sculpting just yet... gotta practice a little more before I embarrass
myself on the internet! x] I'm not so bad at sewing, however, so we'll see if I can't summon up a few accessories~~~

She IS lucky to have me for a sis, although she doesn't always appreciate it. ><;;
 
*lol* Yeah. I have two stripped baits sitting on my table waiting to be airbrushed. Should get off my butt at some point and decide on designs and colors instead of just winging it.

leesahlynn Please keep up this progress thread. I like to see the progress of customs, and I am possitive I am not the only one here. LOL I even have two albums on my facebook account of custom progress photos.
 
I'll definitely keep it up! I would post more pics but my dollyhair hasn't arrived yet! I ordered on Tuesday and it didn't make it here before the weekend. :(
 
be patient, it will come. And when it does you'll be so "squeal its here" and excited.:dog_dance: And you will show off the little bags to people, and feeling the hair. I love getting supplies in the mail.

I've been doing this for about a half hour and.... I've done eleven plugs! xD
Good thing I'm patient!!

I decided to do a blend of Tiramasu and English Toffee, one "clump" of each in each plug.
You'll be able to see it much better on HQ pics when she's all done.
