I thought that was included on season 1 dvd set of MLP series..if thats the case then it wouldn't pay to order.

MLP DVD

We haven't bought the the season 1 dvd yet so no clue as to whether or not the Flutter Valley thing is included on it or not. We bought a really bad copy of the MLP episodes/movies/comericals off of Ebay way back before season 1 came to dvd, and I haven't decided whether or not it's worth replacing it.
