Does anyone (esp. in Germany/Europe) do rehairing services?

I have a Masquerade whose buzzed forelock I would like to have restored. I'm in Germany but would be willing to ship to the US too. I'm just wondering if anyone does this and if so, what you would charge for this service (in addition to the shipping charges involved). Thanks!!
 
I would be more than happy to do this for you. I would only have you pay for the shipping & maybe $8-10?? For the hair, since i may need to purchase hair color & shipping for the hair.

Only I am in the us, so I know it may cost a bit more if you want it tracked, but if you dont, it wouldn't be too bad shipping. :)
