Do you still own ponies from your Childhood Collection?

Hey everyone!
Just curious.. do any of you still own ponies from
your personal Childhood Collection?
If so.. I would love to see them ~

I have approx 12 ponies I got as a kid,
held onto them over the years.

Here is just one of them:
"Talk-a-lot" ~ very good condition - 7/10
Got her for Christmas one year.. maybe 1992-1993'

But there are a couple glittery marks on her.

I still have all of mine minus my Seaponies, I'm sure they got tossed because we used them in the tub all the time and my plush Blossom, I sold her years ago at a garage sale . Silly me. I also have a couple of my sisters ponies, I gave them to her to give to my niece but she wasn't very interested in them. So they came back to me. They are all in loved condition, nothing too bad though, just a hair cut here or there. I'll have to find them and get some piccies.

Aww, Fardreamer you had so many ponies! I only had like 6 growing up. And the pretty parlor.

I didn't have any regular sized ponies growing up, but I did have Petites, and three playsets, including the Carousel, for which I have long since lost most parts/accessories. I think, THINK I'm only missing one overall. And it sucks, because none of the ones I see in listings make me go "Oh, that's the one!" *shrug*

I might take pictures of them later to show them off here.

Makes them much more special than my newer ones, and I might get pics up later, but my childhood favorites were Shenanigans, Candy Apple, and Cotton Candy (all G3, of course )

I only have my original Princess Baby Sparkle left. I didn't treat my ponies all that well growing up. I did upgrade them all though- so I still technically have the same ones I did as a kid..

Yes! I kept all my originals. I'm really happy that a lot of them still have all their original accessories including stickers, ribbons and back cards. If they aren't in perfect condition, they still remain in my herd. I just keep a duplicate mint one for collector purposes. However, there's no way I'd part with my firsts - even (heaven forbid!) I ever had to sell the collection.

Lofty and Hippity Hop (hehe - looks like they're a little camera shy)

Applejack and Moondancer - Moondancer was my very first!! I love her

Gusty and Curly Hair Firefly (okay, Firefly was my cousin's, but she gave her to me)

Baby Firefly - again, my cousin's original (as kids I gave Firefly to her for Christmas - and got her back! :LOL

Baby Gusty and Baby Lofty - I still remember the B-Day scavenger hunt that ended with Gusty

Baby Shaggy - I always called her Teddy

Baby Whiskers

Baby Moondancer (or Moondreamer as she was advertised) - my only original mail order

And... My pride and joys!

Slugger, Tex and Wigwam are the original stallions of the herd.

I have all of mine except for Cupcake, Goodie-Goodie and Darling Dahlia. Obviously I grew up with G3s. Another one I'm missing is Skywishes, but I lost her years ago, so that doesn't really count... basically I took her with me to a kids' science museum and lost her. Someday I'll replace my missing Skywishes.

I only have one of my petites. Most of my ponies were stolen by the daughter of a family 'friend'. :cry2: I guess I was about 5 or 6 & I suppose we never replaced them? I was always more interested in Barbies I think. I remember I had Baby Softsteps & Teeny Tiny Tabby & some fakie pegasi but don't remember any others sadly.

I think it's great that so many of you have your childhood ponies!

I'm always so envious of people who still have their childhood collection... All but one of mine were lost during one of our many moves when I was a kid. I still need to get her out & restore her, poor thing. She's very well played with.

I have all the ponies I had as a kid. I know I am missing one petite and might be missing one pony too, but I can't remember having her in the first place I only saw her on a photo later... But yeah, super happy to have all my childhood ponies ^_^

I do! Some of them were very well... uh.. played with. Apparently I felt at some point that their heads should be able to move and took a steak knife to their neck seams lol so a few of my oldest ones have some pretty horrible necks. Oh well. Ive gotten 'collection' quality ones to replace them for display but my original herd lives together still. I had lost my SS Crumpet to a thievy cousin who returned her to me a few years ago yay! With her back my original gang is all together.
