I found these cups today at my local Walmart and wanted to give everyone a heads up. Though I'm probably way behind the curve anyway. But this is the only place I come for pony news and I haven't seen them yet.
They are 24oz party cups. They had them by the Easter stuff in the front of the store. They were $1.47 a piece and they had a bunch of other franchises, Care Bears, G1 Strawberry Short Cake, a bunch of super hero ones. They are a light, kinda flimsy plastic but I just had to get a couple.

They feature Princess Sparkler, Sundance and Firefly G1's.

I also found two piggy banks that were FIM, one Princes Twilight and one Pinkie Pie. They were really adorable, I can't think why I didn't snap a picture. They cost $9.98 I believe. They were between the jewelry and the little girls clothes section on an end cap with a bunch of other piggy banks. I kinda wanted them too, but I wish they hadn't been ceramic. I like the ceramic, but such a hassle if you have to move! I still maybe going back for them tomorrow!! I tried finding pictures on Walmart.com but no luck. I'm borrowing this picture from Ponychan.com

Very cute cups! I'll have to go look for them!

I found a MLP glass cup at Urban Outfitters about a month ago. It has a G1 pony on it. I don't know which one .______." It was in the clearance section, so it was $3!
 
I want the cups too, but no idea if they'd be here in a Canadian Walmart.

I purchased the Pinkie Pie bank last week. She isn't as thick as some of the older banks in my collection (I collect old plaster and ceramic banks), but she seems well made. She's nicely painted, with a somewhat quizzical expression.

Didn't see a Twilight bank. Guess I'll have to go hunting. Two of my favourite collectibles in one!


PS It does come with a plug. It's not one of the banks you have to break to get your moolah from.

I went back today (Thursday) and Twilight was gone. :cry2: Both Pinkie's were still there so I grabbed one. They almost seem a mix of ceramic and plastic, from the thin-ness of them. I loved her over-one-eye hair-style, reminisce of Fluttershy's. They Twilight bank was seated as well, with her little wings sticking out the back. I so wish I had picked one up that night, se la vie!!

Today I also notice a lot of other merch in the same area for little girls, a few purse/bags, graphic tees and such. All very cute but too small for me! Also by the cards (trading cards, not birthday types) they had a set of small vinyl clings that were FIM. They were 9.98 as well. Really tempted to pick them up to put in my car windows!!

You don't happen to watch Grav3yardGrl on youtube do you?!? She say's sippy sippy all the time while drinking her sweet tea!

*gasp!* I want the cups! Hopefully we'll get them here in Canada.
 
I have been looking for those cups for over a month and have not seen them at our local Walmart. They are opening a new Super Walmart on the north end of town tomorrow; hopefully they will have them! The PTS bank is cute but I haven't gotten one. If it was FS I would be all over it.
 
Your WalMart might get them inlater than some others, Nessa16. Mine didn't have them and then yesterday out of the blue, there they were. I spotted them and was stunned, because they weren't there with the other cups Sunday.

Here's hoping you find some soon!
