*I'm not sure where to put this thread... if this is an inappropriate place, a mod may move this for me. Thanks!*
I hope I don't upset anyone with this topic...
I was wondering how many people who offer adoptables, just cut and paste the persona cutie marks?
I've been guilty of doing this myself. No offense, but some symbols are quite complex and when you're stressed for time, cutting and pasting the original mark is much easier and faster.
A more specific example... I made up a pony and symbol for a fellow pony friend, and she uses this adoptable as an example to show other artists. The symbol I drew for her pony, is very often just copied and pasted into someone else's artwork.
*I've noticed when dealing with Quackers, most of us just paste the original symbol from a photo of her into the art piece, not bothering to draw it ourselves
I know I've done that before!*
Does anyone have anything against doing this?
Do you do it?
Again, I'm not trying to start a debate. I'm just curious as to other people's opinions on this matter.
Thanks.
