I am SO happy she finally made it to you, @Twinkle-eye, in spite of Royal Mail's extortion tactics :rofl: I have beauty shots to share as soon as partner and I have time to finish sorting and color-correcting them.

Some of that packaging came from @darklys! I saved it and it seemed super helpful to cushion a custom-painted pony! But yes I may have gone a little overboard. It was the curls! I was trying everything to preserve the curls and I didn't have any extra boba straws! LOL

Tiny Duck is a gift Winterbelle brought you for your birthday, because it happens to be just the right scale for ponies! I don't know if it actually floats, though :surprisepony:

Must take a lot of patience to design that saddle so perfectly!

@Draco it did, haha! I used a lot of tiny pieces of tape and faint pencil marks to plan it out, and little angles cut from paper to measure between large beads. Where's a photo.. ::fumbles with phone::

The struggle to curl her was real. I thought I was just rusty at it but I think the new nylon fiber is SUPER slippery compared to anything I used to work with back in the Aughts. I finally had to strap her head firmly to a jug and use both hands, after redoing each curl four times.

... and then I messed them up a bunch anyway handling her while painting and had to redo the front one again before mailing, LOL. Hence why I packaged her to within an inch of her life.

Aw, thank you! Beads are exactly what I was imitating. XD You want to make one like her? That's very flattering! :O I've been thinking of making a set of these with other base colors and beaded nets in the same pose, so maybe you could try something on a non-collector pose to make them more different? Thank you for asking!!
 
Oh my gosh what beautiful customs! I ADORE Gummy Bear's colors. They go together so wonderfully, and the freckles are such an adorable touch. She needs a little hood with bear ears!! And ohhh Winterbelle is divine, what amazing work! I'd like to get into customs someday.

Both these ponies are absolutely lovely. I love those little gummy bears and Winterbelle’s saddle is amazing!

Winterbelle is great for petting on. The paint is raised and it looks like pearls, it calms me down lol :happyhearts:
