Custom G3 boxes?

Who here has done them? What is your technique and how do you make sure that your printer prints the box graphic the right size (if you use a printer)?

Thanks! I'd like to make custom boxes for my Twinkle-Eyed G3s but am not sure how to go about it.

I have a technique that a dear friend of mine uses. If you send me an email, I will send you the files. I think they are .zip format, but it has a great explaination.
