BASIC INFO:​

The title already give it away - this is a culture swap.
But was does a culture swap mean?
The idea is to show our swap partners a part of our life, our city and/or our country.
We've members here from all over the world and the fun is to add a few souvenirs and infos from your area to your box. To make it more special you can also add typical items/candy/viecards from your area. Also a few selfmade pictures would be nice, too.
I'm sure all of you have lots of nice ideas, too to make your boxes as special as possible.
For the pony part of the box - it's a wishlist swap. Please only add ponies from your partners wishlist to the box. :)​


BUDGET:​

The spending minimum is $25 for the ponies - anyway if you buy 1,2,3 or more ponies from your partners wantlist as long as you hit the minimum budget.​

For extras like chocolate and souveniers for this swap is the spending minimum $10
(maybe a little bit higher then in other swaps - but that give us room for a lot of culture extras..)​


RULES:​

- Per forum rules you must be at least 16 years old.​

- You should have a positive trader/selling feedback (5 feedbacks or more - exception can be given ) and at least 50 posts here at Trading Post.
Also you must be an active member since 2 month or more!​


- The spending minimum for pony stuff is $25 and $10 for Extras.​


- Shipping isn't included in the spending limit. Please sent your package with tracking if possible. I don't care for lost unregistered parcels.​

- Don't contact your partner by PM - it's much funnier till the end when we don't know who is our partner until the packages arrive. ​

- Please include a note so your partner will know who the box came from. ​

- Use the safest shipping method and save a proof for yor shipped box.​

I'm not very picky. Hair is the thing that matters the most, and the pony has to be decent, but minor marks, scratches, etc are fine. I am also way more lenient if it's a rarer pony so it can be found for a better price in not so good condition.

Love huskies! (like my husky Diesel), painting, Halloween and scary stuff, favorite color is cyan

Customs are great, so if someone has a hard time finding a pony for me, a custom would be good.

7. What kind of Candy and Snacks do you like?
Dark chocolate, gummy bears, cashews, chocolate with nuts/almonds/etc, cookies

No allergies, but not a fan of licorice or anything with mint.

Hmmm...I am working on a MA in military history specializing on WW2, I like vintage things, I have several fishtanks but the only fish I have are bettas, 2 clown plecos and various snail species...and a dog.

I'm not a very picky collector. Minor hair cuts and frizz are OK but major hair cuts and lots of frizz are not. Marks/writing on bottoms of hooves are OK. But I don't want any permanent marks on the body or head. Minor rubs on eyes and symbols are OK. No mold/cancer please.

Monster High, Furry Bones, Hooks plush and Teddy Scares.

I love Halloween and anything creepy cute (but NO spiders). My favorite animals are cats, bats and cheetahs. I don't actively collect them but I love magnets, so a magnet that represents something from your area would be great. I have 2 cats.

Yes, but not as the only pony.

7. What kind of Candy and Snacks do you like?

Chocolate, chocolate covered pretzels, gummy candy and anything blackberry flavored.

8. Any Candy Dislikes or Allergies?

I don't like licorice, cherry flavored candy or coconut. I do have some allergies, so it would be best to avoid perfume and candles to be on the safe side.

I'm a very picky collector and prefer my ponies in mint/near mint condition. Cancer, mold, regrind and age spots are big no no's for me. But I'm okay with faded hair . slight eye scratches and writing marks under hooves.​

Why not? When my partner has the time to add a custom - I would love it. :) I'm very open for near anything. Maybe a culture custom? Or something seasons theme - or a variant of my fave or Army ponies. ​

I'm slightly picky, I like nice hair and nice paint (symbol/eyes). Prefer no permanent marks if possible for the G1's/G4's. For my G3's I'm less picky. They can have marks on the non display side. Marks/writing under feet are fine since you can't see it when displayed. Slight tail trims are ok but nothing too major. Would prefer no cancer/regrind unless pony is very prone and everything else looks great (ie: Sweetstuff, if her hair is great and she looks great other than a few cancer spots that's fine with me). Also if the pony is harder to find/more expensive I'm more lenient.

5. Other Likes/Interests/Hobbies? (Tell us here a bit more about you): I love animals I have a dog (Border Collie) and 2 cats. I love horses I have 3 horses and 1 pony. I'm married and we have a 3 year old son. I love Disney's Stitch and the Cheshire Cat. Halloween is my favorite time of year...I love anything to do with Halloween especially black cats. I love Christmas second but I hate the cold lol I collect G1's, G3's and G4's currently I'm pretty obsessed with G4's and Taobao "weirdos" although I loved working on my G1's at the Fair. I love loose tea (especially in the winter) we have a store called David's Tea and I'm pretty obsessed with that. I love lilies, any kind/colour of lily is my favorite. I love little cute nick nacks for my garden (recently got two frogs that have light and are solar powered that I just love). I love wildlife and having birds/squirrels/rabbits come visit my little garden.

Yes I love customs. At the bottom of my wish list I have a list of Starflower customs I'd love. Also I'd love any original custom.


7. What kind of Candy and Snacks do you like? Ilove milk chocolate, chocolate covered almonds, red licorice, really any candy/sweets are good with me. Nuts, teas, hot chocolate.

8. Any Candy Dislikes or Allergies? Candy dislikes: black licorice, really sour stuff and dark chocolate.

I'm not too picky, but heavy/dark marks of any color, pony cancer, regrind/discolorations and gnawed on ponies I can't fix right now, so those are the only flaws I don't like. I know how to clean and rehair, so that's okay. Light marks are okay, as they can be sunfaded away in a reasonable amount of time.​

I haven't been on the tp for the last few weeks and I just saw this awesome swap. I would love to participate! I just have to get my want list together ( I never got around to it lol) I am going to try and put my list together and if I am able to do it by today I will post back and let you know if I will participate. Now I am excited :) Awesome idea for a swap!

The harder the pony is to find, the less I care about condition. The things that really bother me are pony cancer and bodies/heads that are different colors from each other. I am not to picky and I trust your judgment.
