Contacting UK sellers?

I've hit a brick wall.
I spotted a dolly mix pony on ebay.co.uk that I'd love to get a postage quote on and bid on, but this one seller doesn't seem to answer questions. Usually I contact the seller beforehand to make sure they are willing to ship to the US, and to get a quote, but they don't seem to be accepting questions from anyone.

Plus, the pony is hard to find, period.
Is there some way to contact them or would anyone be willing to bid for me and ship it if I paid for everything?

I'm stupid-in-love with Dolly Mix ponies right now.
