Connected mane plugs??

So I was giving some ponies their spa days and was fixing up chrysanthemum when I noticed two of her hair plugs where connected? I thought they where just super tangled at first but no they are actually just straight up connected?? Has anyone else ever had a pony with this before? I don't really mind since it doesn't seem too noticable, but it is a shame she is essentially missing what looks like half a hair plug because its connected back to her head lol

I will probably end up cross all the mane plugs when I'm styling her hair!

I find it all the time on G1s. I haven't washed enough 3s to come across it, yet, but have found glue-less G3 plugs..

It tends to lead some eager brushers to get rough with the hair and its why some ponies are all snarled up.

I'm pretty sure it's from the left one, I tried to tug on it a bit but it seems to be really stuck in there, probably caught up in the glue unfortunately, but I'll try again when her hair has finished drying!

Oh no that sucks that it's pretty common! When I noticed something was wrong I immediately stopped and split her hair to check so I'm glad I saw it and didn't keep combining!
 
Well, of you didn't force it. You're not a 4 year old. :tongue:
I'm not sure why some kids get so rough their toys and other kids keep their's pristine. I'm just happy when we find the latter.

If the plug won't tug free, just leave it. Luckily it's fairly tight and in the middle rather then a big loop that's caught several plugs away. It should be easily hidden.
 
She's such a gorgeous pony! I found a stuck hairplug in my retro Twilight Sparkle.
