Colors of the Rainbow --- *ALL DONE*

I just received my partner's ponies today and they are not good :ipmimscs:They were described to me as much better than they actually are and I'm very very disappointed... Now I have to pm the seller and ask for a return, I cannot possibly send these ponies to my swap partner :ipmimscs:
I'm sooo disappointed as it took me ages to find these ponies (partner's list is not very easy) and I even paid shipping from the US for them. And now the shipping deadline has passed and what am I supposed to do??? And I even wrapped my extras yesterday :ipmimscs:
Oh dear, gotta pm Peppermint Truly, I think I'm gonna be the last person to send my package out :( I'm so sorry partner...

*pony hug* You poor thing, you! You must be so disappointed. But I'm sure your partner will understand. After all, you only want the best for them.
 
And what's worse is that I even got a rude response from the seller saying that I'm very difficult to work with!!!!
And why, because I was trying to get the best possible swap ponies for my partner! Those weren't even ponies for me!!

I think that what happened is that the ponies' hair colours bled onto their body. And I believe that happened because they weren't individually wrapped but were all squeezed in the same envelope.

I'm so disappointed and angry right now...and what bothered me the most is not even the condition of the ponies but the seller's response :ipmimscs:

thats a bummer Gazzy its not even your fault and im sure your partner wont mind that they are late, better late than never :/

Don't let it get to you, Gazzy! Some sellers are just unfair. It's only right that you want your ponies in the best condition possible.
 
Oh gazzy, I am so sorry to hear that!! Even worst since the seller acted out too. I really wish you best in finding replacements. PM PT and tell her what is going on, best to keep her updated so no one worries. Double check the sales boards here to see if you cant find someone that has something you can use. Hopefully you can find something. <3

The seller had good feedback from working with other people, it just didn't work out between us I guess. I'm hoping I can return the ponies and get my money back...I just don't want to fight anymore :| I just hate rude behaviour!

I think I may have found some new ponies for my partner, I hope I can work it out with the sellers *fingers crossed*

Partner your package may arrive last but it will be good, I promise :super:
 
hopefully u can sort a refund, its no fun when people are rude about things :(
 
Awrh, I'm so sorry to hear that, Gazzy. The seller had no right to be rude to you - Especially as none of it was your fault!
 
I came home from a girls' day out with my best friend and had four packages waiting for me!

Two of them were ponies for my partner. The eBay pony was an absolute gamble, but she was also an absolute STEAL!

Aaaaand... my package arrived from Mimm! Thank you so much, Mimm! Everything is just wonderful! Uploading pics to start the brag thread!

That sucks :( that also happend to me for one of the swaps.

Anyways, after being in Alaska for TEN years my sister is finally visiting me so I may be MIA till 8/4. Swap pacakge will be mailed this week sometime, probably wednesday. Im taking them downtown to the Yukon Quest Headquarters and there is a PO right by the bus stop :xmas:

Today is a much better day :) I found some more pony/ponies for my partner and I've already paid and am waiting for it/them to be shipped :D Also, the previous seller agreed to refund me for the ruined ponies, so I'll be mailing those back to her soon.

I might be the last person to ship but I'm the second to receive!!!! Hehehe!

My package is from Todlless and I knew that straight away when I saw the wrapping since Todlless had posted teaser pics!

I must say I'm very very excited as this is my first swap box ever and I'm actually prolonging my excitment a bit more. See I'm at work right now and I've decided to open one gift every hour!! I got the idea from someone at a swap at the arena and it's a really great way to stay excited and happy all day at work :cheshire:
So I've only opened one gift so far and I'll be leaving the ponies for last! If of course I can manage that, I'm very impatient and excited!! I think it'll be worth it though, I'll have something to look forward to all day long :)

I'm of course taking pics of every gift, so get ready for a very pic heavy brag!!! I'll probably post it tomorrow though as I'm busy all day today.

On another note, I have a question for my partner:

How would you feel if you received just one pony? It would of course be a HTF more expensive pony in great condition, but would you be ok with it being just one? Or would you maybe prefer another cheap one as well? I mean, would you feel ok just getting one pony from this swap or would that feel...I dunno, incomplete?

Please let me know everyone!
 
ok ok shipping out today, so sorry for being late!! i had no tape at home >_> but i hope it will get there soon soon soon! it will be in the mail after work, and i THINK it might be sent from there today too, if i can make it there before 4 or 5. anyways i am at work, i have no cameras nearby so i can't take a teaser X_X but i hope you like it! i might have gone a little over the limit *cough* but since i am late i hope that makes up for it :) and sorry for having to fight through all the tape... it might take you a while to open the box XD and sorry for my horrible wrapping 'skills'.
 
I just got back from Kentucky yesterday, so I'm going to get the swap ponies cleaned up a bit and will be shipping this week!
