Collection Updates!

Hello there my 0 fans! I have recently got a G3 collection Update. Oh, and before I show you, one of my ponies (Sky Wishes) has her mane hair sprayed. So what I'm trying to say is that it's safe to put hair spray on ponies. Perhaps not g1 but you could try it. It works really well with generation 3 though!

My latest pones, ordered by most recent/last two months

Triple Treat

Sky Wishes

Hidden Treasure

Crystal Crown

SLH Rarity

Island Delight

Here is my entire collection, listed in order of how they are on my shelf ^^

Sparkle Works

Island Delight

Scootaloo

Lulabelle

Guava Lava

Toola Roola

Tropical Surprise

Puzzle Mint

Waterfire

Hidden Treasure

Spring Fever

Swirly Pop

Petite Petunia

Garden Glade (FABULOUS MANE)

Royal Ribbon

Rarity

Amber Locks

Triple Treat

Crystal Crown

Sky Wishes

That's a lot of ponies! I didn't realise I have that many! I have exactly 20 ^^. Now you're possibly wondering what my tutorial is about. I have a tutorial about two things, actually.

First Part

This tutorial is about organising ponies on small shelves.

1, You'll need ponies, a small/wide-and-short shelf, Books/CD cases and patience!

2, Take your shelf and clear it! Dust it if you really want to.

3, Decide which ponies are your favourites. If you have 20, like me or 40 or an even number then choose your favourites half of ponies. All of mine are awesome so I wasn't bothered who got put at the front.

4, Line up CD cases and/or books against the back of your shelf. This will be important ^^
PRO TIP ; Lay them so that they are flat like a plate rather than a book standing up. If you're using books then you'll need to have two books in the space, one on top of another. Same with CD cases but one case isn't enough, so it will have to be tripled/doubled. Try both.

5, Line your favourites in front of the new surfaces you've made and the other half on top of them (THE BOOKS AND CD CASES NOT THE PONIES THAT'LL KILL THEM).

6, fiddle with and adjust the positioning of your ponies. This means that if one of your favourite pony's pose causes it to fall of the shelf because their front hooves fall off, then swap it with a pony in a regular standing position. If you have a pony behind all your favourites in the same pose as Royal Ribbons, Amber Locks or Sky Wishes then they'll fit.

Done!

M'kay, second tutorial.

Styling a Pony's Mane

(Is this too bright?)

Anyway,

1, You'll need: Hair Spay (Optional if you don't trust it in a pony!s mane), Loom Bands/Clear Elastic Bands/Something Similar to loom bands, Brush (NOT A PONY BRUSH- A HUMAN HAIR BRUSH like a comb) and some styling skills!

2, choose any pony. I 'mane-ly' choose ponies that don't look right or have set styles that don't match the personalities I have set for them.

HOW TO STYLE

If you're plating the mane, then you wanna get the right position before you plat it. This means don't pull the pony's mane behind her when you plat it because it'll most likely stay in that position and not fall down the side of her neck. Try to keep it over or pulled behind her ear and tugged down the whole time while you're plating it. Obviously tie it up with a band. Don't use human sized bands for they are like hoola hoops.

If you're planning on putting a mane in a ponytail then I advise you DON'T tie it at the base of the mane. I mostly tie them like G4 AJ's mane but just putting the loom band/elastic band a little higher because of the fact that most ponies have different lengthed strands of hair.

And if you're going to... say, tuck the mane behind the ear the obviously use hair spray. Also, if you'd like your pony to have the same style as how the ponies look in the photos on
strawberryreef.com (wrapped around the neck with a really glossy look) then what do do is this,

Brush the mane around your pony's neck. This style usually only works with ponies that have shortish manes and g3. It also works with g1 I think. Yes it does. Make sure the mane doesn't flop down, so hold your pony vertically, so that their heads and are looking at the ceiling. Once the mane looks brushed enough around te neck, put a LOT of hair spray on the bit that curls around the neck. The ends and base of the anemia leading to the curved part will not need as much.

And finally, curling a mane. Wash your pony with shampoo and conditioner. Once done, place curlers in your pony mane. Place the curlers at the bottom and roll upwards to the roots. This can be done with the tail too. Place tour pony on a windowsill or something so that they can dry over night. Make sure the mane is COMPLETELY dry when taking the curlers out. I tried curling Petite Petunia's mane once but I got so impatient I just took the curlers out when her mane was minutes away from being dry (just recently I chose to twist her mane really tightly and then hair spray it, holding the twist tight. The twist loosened out and now it has a beautiful twisted texture to it) . So personally I would leave her for two days before taking them out.

*Wipes sweat from forehead* Thank God I'm finished! That took ages to write, and sorry I couldn't use any photos to help! My tablet takes HUGE photos...

I hope this helps!

Bye bye 0 fans and the 0 people that red this!

What a lovely collection you have.
Thankyou for the tutorials and for taking the time to write them. We do have an FAQ of member tutorials here at the TP. Though they are still to be imported and updated. They are the very last thing to move across to this new format. Once that has been done, we can add your info in too.
