Chii from the anime Chobits as a custom mlp.

Mlp base is a generation 3.5 Mommy pose.
Full body repaint in flesh tone acrylics, eyes also are hand-painted in acrylics.
Mane and tail are re-rooted in nylon RetroDoll hair in the colors oyster, perfect peach, vanilla and a light blond doll hair I purchased at the Jo-Anne’s Fabrics craft store.
Outfit:
Started off with the garter on the left hind leg. Took pink mesh material, folded it over, did a running stitch then pulled it tight. (I triple the length of the original approximated length when doing ruffles.)
Sewed a strip of pale pink bias tape in the middle, then a layer of black ribbon tied around pinned in place with a rose earring purchased from Claire’s Boutique (other earring is on the choker. ^.^)
Next up, is the dress train. Cut out 5 layers of a pale pink cotton material, sewed hems then stitched on folded over layers of the pink mesh. Did multiple layers of mesh on the bottom-most layer.
Wrapped black hemp cording around the train to resemble image reference.
Next up, is the torso corset. Used unfolded pale pink bias tape for the body of it, sewed a layer of the pink mesh along the hem, then fashioned black hemp cording for the lacing, glued on with fabric glue (OMG HOW DARE I)
Next order of operation was the chest section. Made a triangle-shaped piece of fabric with a elongated top portion, sewed the pink mesh along the top hem, laid down a strip of black ribbon across the top.
Unfolded some pink bias tape for the center-most piece, sewed a hem with pink mesh, then glued on the black hemp cording lacing.
Sleeves are the same cotton material with partially unfolded pink bias tape sewn at the tops to make puffy sleeves, layers of pink mesh sewn at the bottom hems lined with black ribbon.
Ears are white leather with pink bias tape on the insides.
Original pony ears are cut off so white leather ears would fit better.
Hair ties are pink bias tape with white maxi piping sewn at the hems.

Outfits are not removable
Customs with hair gel method are not recommended to have their hair brushed
