I hope that this isn't too soon after my last posting of a custom pony. I'm still a little unclear on how long it has to be between posts to not have them be merged. But I'm taking a shot anyway. I'm pretty sure I haven't posted this one yet. Pretty sure.
So anyway, this here is Castaway. She was made in honor of my new Dragon Boat Team. I joined a team at the end of Summer and they are called the Castaways. The team colors are Orange and Black. so that's the colors I tried to make Castaway.
She is airbrushed with Createx Airbrush Acrylics and is sealed with Vallejo glossy spray on varnish. Her eyes are painted with Citadel Acrylics, as are the black fin accents. Her hair is black fizz from RDUS.
She is really hard to photograph because of how glossy metallic paint plus glossy varnish is. But she's a beautiful pony. And I'm really excited because I so seldom get to make ponies for myself.
