as you can imagine when I found her at the Garage sale I had to absolutely restrain myself from bursting out into hysterical giggle fits

Moondancer in Glory's pose - and from your hint, I'd say she's ... Mexican? South of the border, not sure where. I'd die if I found her for 25 cents. Amazing!

omg!!! that is an incredible find!! for 25 cents!!! WOW. my garage sale luck has been very low this season, but I am feeling a bit more inspired now to get back out there now. If it had been me, I'm not sure if I would have been able to restrain myself from mauling the garage sale host with hugs.
