Can this be cleaned?

Can anyone tell what this is on the fairy tail's head and chest, and if it's something I would be able to clean if I purchased her? Thank you!!

This looked like it could be sunfaded but will take a bit since it’s a dark color on top of a light color. Try that first before chemicals/developer.

The chest just looks like some scuff mark, dirt or something that may just come off with a cleaning or magic eraser. The spot on the head is a different story, if it's something like nail polish or paint it would come off with a little polish remover but if it's marker and/or has stained the plastic, sunfading would be the route to go.

No, but you can always hit that "report" and ask one of the Mods to move it

Looks like paint to me, first pass with hot soapy water (looks like acrylic), then acetone if that doesn't work. The paint may or may not have stained the plastic. You can't really tell until you try to remove it.

Personally, I would take the chance on her. Which one is this? I don't recognise the symbol

Thanks for your response! This is tickle tails I ended up finding another one that was also in my price range so I went with that one
