I have been toying with an idea for quite some time now, I want a pony that is a persona of Pizazz from Jem and the Holograms. I love her wild makeup! If anyone is interested please PM me! I'm mostly interested in the facial makeup, so I'm not sure if that's hard but I would be happy with something somewhat simple as long as the face makeup is cool
