I am still working on my first custom and he is to include a few anatomy adjustments such as ear lengthening, wings, and horns. My question is: Can I mold the soft clay onto his body then bake it and him in the oven? A friend of mine who is also new to customizing said she did some research and that as long as I did it at 250 degrees I could bake the pony and clay in the oven. He is partly painted though, should I remove the paint before I bake him?
Also, when you rehair, do you ever have to widen the holes? I have not started yet but the holes just seem so tiny so I wondered.
