I bought one for my daughter at WalMart right before Valentine's day. If I remember correctly it was $3-4. They were hanging on a peg right with the other mlp toys. Best of luck to everyone looking for one

I did manage to get some nice bubble streams, but mostly it seems like she needs a hankie...
