the parasol is in good condition but has been rehaired using US hair from a Quackers.
What is the value of the parasol and would this be a good trade?

sorry i'm no pony pro, but she just looks like a reg parasol, maybe someone removed her symbols and gave her the rehair, But i wouldn't trade your goodies for her.
But i don't now all the special ponies out there.
Sorry i'm like no help.just my 2 cents.

I would ask them to provide you with a picture of Parasol's hooves. That will be a good way to tell where she is from, if your in doubt. :)

B/c she is a re-hair that does decrease her value a little bit, I would also keep that in mind.

Her symbols are not removed, she is supposed to have no symbol. There was a set of ponies released in Brazil called Circo de Cavalinhos (Parade Ponies) and they came with outfits and their symbols were on their outfits instead. I think it would not be a good trade if she is rehaired at all. There is a Brazlian Bowite on ebay from that set that has really short hair, but that is all that is wrong with her, and she has circulated quite a few times and never sold and her listing price is only $25. So if she is a rehair, I would not trade.
hth!

Im not really a picky collector, rehairs, even this one is ok.. I just don't know her value so don't know what to offer..

does anyone know what her value would be?

In that pic SS provided, they almost don't look the same.....

I would ask for some sort of proof she's Brazilian. The eyes look a little suspicous to me. But it could just be the pic :)

Her hairline dosen't go nearly as far down as in the other pics shown but she IS brazillian. She sold for about $35 on ebay a few weeks ago.
Ask for a pic of the hooves. If it says Estrellia, she's brazillian

Ill ask the girl about it.. All things aside I do like the look of the pony.

I know the seller, and I've actually seen this pony in person, it's the squishy Brazilian plastic. I didn't look at the feet, but I'd know that plastic anywhere.

thanks for replying Niki, I have no doubts on her authenticity, I trust the seller.. I just wanted to get an Idea on value so I can trade fairly.

thanks guys :) so both of my ponies for hers is fair.

Thanks Tiki,,,,, Thats interesting yours has a shorter forelock....... I guess the production of these wasnt strict ( would make sense)....

Come to think of it, all the brazillians I have had short forlocks, except for shy pose bubbles
