Probably the same for me, PT, or maybe Spain Milky Way.

Or that lilac-haired Mexican Posey that I bought but never received. SHE is certainly rare, and since I paid for her, I consider her mine. Why, yes, I am bitter about it, why do you ask?

Either my Greek Medley

or my Argie Fluttershy.

I also have a fakie big bro who isn't technically a variant but since the mold was Hasbro I kinda count him.

That's all for me. Too expensive for any more!

Edit: I forgot I also have the dutch candy pony who I think is a variant... but I'm gonna be selling her soon.

Ooooo, I wanna see your Spanish Milky Way! She's one gorgeous pony, and certainly a rare lady!

Here are a few of mine. As far as I know, each one of these are "One Of a Kind" in the collecting community.

Greek Baby Firefly with a purple body & magenta hair:

Venezuelan Cherries Jubilee with a yellow body & magenta hair:

Venezuelan Tootsie with a white body & blue hair:

Prototype? variation of German Starshine - no trace of ever having a symbol. Hair is factory woven in the same colors as the 2nd set of Rainbow Ponies, while German Starshine has different colors in her hair:

Skeen, they are all so beautiful!

How do you all find variants? i see them on ebay but they are soooo expensive. I cant justify more then $10 for a single pony to my hubby....sad.

CCP, I know how you feel. My boyfriend and I agreed on a maximum of $5 per pony (for now). All we can do is ogle everyone else's beautiful rare variants!

All of my ponies have come from ebay & buying on the boards. Some variants are much cheaper than others. Most common Italian ponies sell for $10-20, and Mexican ponies can be found on ebay for under $20 all the time (often requiring a good cleaning). Of course, a lot of variants are more expensive, but the hunt for a good deal is part of the fun of collecting. :eek:k:
