I love My Little Pony Tales! :D I use to run home from school just to be able to watch it! BonBon was always my favorite pony, so I'm excited to be able to own an actual cel from the series. Especially such a great shot of my favorite character! X3

I ALMOST bought the Corky and Teddy cel-- but Bon Bon trumps all! ♥

oh that's great. it's a really nuice one too. i've (i think a tween) cell of Melody myself and it's just sorta neat. having been wanting to go into the animation feild myself it's like really neat owning like a piece of animation history. it's fun ^^

I would LOVE to be an animator too, but I just don't have the talent (or the drive, lol).

I find it neat to own them too-- it's a lost artform! They don't make them this way anymore, thanks to computer advancement. :\ I found it hilarious that for Lilo and Stitch the crew had to recruit old Disney animators to give them pointers on how to make luscious watercolor backgrounds! I guess a computer couldn't generate a human touch could it?

i know! traditional animation has all but died out thanks to CG animation. not that i'm agaibst CG but some of it is so horribly done-it would''ve been alot better if thye'd just drawn it themselves.

well i thought i was hillarious how big a hype they gave the princess and the frog for being "old school disney animation" as if traditional animation was like so hard and *that* old :lol:

and yeah...i've done animations in FLASH only really, even went to 2 different tech centers for it but...i just don't have the paitence ^^; i perfer story boarding. ^^;

oh man, I bet it would be impossible to find... but I would *love* an animation cel of Patch from the episode "Roll Around the Clock" when she's winding up to take a whack at the hockey puck with her stick... Or maybe just any of the frames of her and Buddy playing hockey.
 
That's a cute pose. Congrats on getting a cel. I love them. I don't have any MLP, but I have a Care Bears one, and I used to have some Sailor Moon ones.
