Meet Baby Betta!

Bait: G3 Baby SunSparkle, with dyed feet and nose to produce a gradient effect.

Hair: Her hair was rerooted with a blend of three different colors of hair I got from wigs: dark blue, red, and purple. This was my first custom rerooted using a rerooting tool too, and I must say I'm impressed; I got her done in half the time, and there was less stray hairs

Symbol: A 3D betta fish made with sculpey, painted with metallic acrylic paints, and sealed. On her left front hoof is a silver heart.

Eyes: Left as they were, aside from the pink hearts being replaced by silver round dots.

Accessories: metalling mesh blue bow around tail. I was going to make her a tiny fish bowl with a betta in it but I couldn't find anything to use for the bown *lol*

I apologise for the terrible pictures, for some reason this pony is very unphotogenic :/

She's gorgeous IRL, although her hair is a bit hard to tame. I've found that if left untamed it looks like the floofy fins/tail of a betta, which was the look I was going for anyway although that doesn't look as good on camera ;P

Aw, how cute! I love Bettas, I've had three (or maybe four) males and two females, females died, and so did the males. First male was harrassed to death by a female Lyretail Molly, the second died when his tank got some toxin in it or something, and my dad put the third in the same tank, and he died too. I'm attempting to get another one, he's pale, and really pretty, just have to convince my dad that it won't be hard work cleaning it! Bettas are cool!! Good job on the pony/symbol, too!! Looks very realistic! Wish I had a Betta like that!
