I collect Pokemon toys, X-Force comics, Iron Maiden memorabilia, Nintendo memorabilia, and girly toys from the 80's/90's. Jem, Skydancers, and Barbie all mix so well with the ponies! My fiance collects Deadpool, Neopets, and comic books. Our house looks like a toy shop! xD

I just collect all Disneys dvd's (those original classic). I wait until those dvds are on sale so it takes some time :p and some anime DVDs too. But nothing else really.. (aside ponies ;)). I do not have room or money to collect anything else because ponies are my priority :D.

I really only collect Nightmare Before Christmas items--primarily focused on Jack, Sally, and Zero.
I used to collect nutcrackers, but my husband was deeply creeped out by them and I wasn't deeply attached so I sold the few I did have.

WWII stuff just have some random things
old radios

In childhood:
- growing and thus collecting cactuses
- USSR automobile models
- some random, not remembered stuff LOL

In conscious age besides blind bags ponies - seriously only vintage PC's '70 '80 '90 era and connected to this hobby - old microprocessors of all kinds (ActionHank, wink!). Alas sold almost all of them when moved.
I do not know if downloading and arranging tons of MLP art can be considered as collecting, but I do this also :).
--------
But I want to mention that there are two kinds of collector obsession: first concentrates on the process itself (collectibles objects must fulfill the basic requirements nevertheless - being not so easy, not so hard to obtain, have many variants, fit into your free space, etc.), and for second it is important what exactly you are collecting, so collecting process is a side fun to the main one - enjoing the items themselves. It is important to stay on the second part IMHO :)
--------
Guys, I see that you collecting a huge kinds of things. And I'm curious: how many collections you feel you had completed and what are they? (maybe start a new thread for this?)

- Dala/Dalecarlian horses. My collection is very small, consisting of one plush, a normal-sized one, and a small wooden one that is 1/16th in. long. (2 1/10 cm.)
- Fairy Tail birds
- American Girl dolls
- Old postage stamps

Mom used to collect vintage dolls of all sizes. Her foreign ones are especially cool; she has dolls from Spain, Japan, Czech Republic / Slovakia and various other countries.

Wow I seem to be dragging the chain in my hoarding *makes note to get more treasures together*

I only have a few things I hoard .......oo sorry collect aside from ponies

Coins Old NZ coins & foreign as I come by them
Littlest pet shop kittys
Old pocket knives
Saddles/horse gear up until a while ago when the time came to part with it for the sake of space at home though I couldn't bear to sell Kossak's saddle. It's all I have of Boss Horse now & I intent to be buried with it.

None my other treasures compare in number to the ponies except maybe the NZ coins

I've managed to amass a large amount of cat-themed things (salt-and-pepper shakers, figurines, etc) over the years, and get them as gifts too, so I'm pretty much collecting them :) I'm also kind of collecting Care Bears (I'm trying to add more to this collection but atm I just have 4 plushies from varying years and two blind bag toys). I'm trying to build a good collection of CDs as well, if that counts.

I'd love to collect Zelfs and old Strawberry Shortcake dolls (of which I have 3), but I don't have enough space or money for more collections sadly.

MLP keeps me busy enough though :p

My main collection is mlp, but when I find Care Bears, lps or monster high, I will always pick them up.
I used to collect mh a lot, but combined with ponies, it was too much money for me, and not enough space for them, so I only pick up the ones that are cheap or at carboots. :) I also have a small sylvanian families/calico critters collection, beanie boo collection, and 2000's polly pocket from when I was little. I stupidly sold my Care Bear figures when I was little at a carboot:( which I regret now, but they went to a collector who was so happy to recieve them, so I don't regret it as much.

This is such a good idea for a thread!
