I agree, it was odd! The eBay rep I spoke with said that it was odd they found in favor of her, as well. And sorry, I wasn't clear, I meant sending the horses to the correct buyer. The seller had given me her address. It just makes me feel like the whole thing was a misunderstanding somewhere, and maybe the seller thought I was trying to rip her off being that it was a brand new account with no feedback/auction history, etc. I just wish she had worked with me a little bit more. Things were just weird with her refund not going through.
My husband wants me to wait to send the horses to the correct buyer unless I get my ponies from her (at one point in our correspondence, the seller told me the other buyer had sent me the ponies already.) But I am worried it is a Christmas present that she's waiting on. If I do get the ponies from her I absolutely will send her the horses. I want to now, but hubby is fighting me on it to wait and see. I am more trusting than he is. Plus, I just feel like it's the right thing to do...
What a mess though, I really thought this would get worked out better. And now I'm super wary to bid on anything on eBay. I wish there were a way to block sellers. But I've got her name and will definitely check for that, now before bidding!
