A game! Name a G3 that doesn't.... Winners declared!

name game

lavender cloud (easter)

Disqualifiers, clarifications, and new rule!

Alright! Congrats pony people! I could only find one pony listed that was disqualified because of having a banned items in their symbol!

Lavender Cloud- disqualified because she has two flowers in her symbol

There were also far fewer people who disqualified themselves by naming already named ponies and/or naming more than one pony per post! But then again, there were fewer people who managed to contribute with the new rules.

Just for fun:

With the original rules I counted 28 seperate ponies that were named (Including ones who were disqualified)

With the star rule added but before the snowflake rule I counted 20 seperate ponies

With the snowflake rule but before the rainbow rule I counted 18 seperate ponies (counting the project ponies as one seperate ponies, rather than three)

With the rainbow rule till now I counted 16 seperate ponies

So it must be getting harder, since each rule has had one full day to garner responses before a new one was added!

Upon going back and looking at more ponies who were named previous to this new rule, I have unfortunately found some others that are disqualified as well

The Project ponies- They do have a heart in front of where it says "the pony projects" across them. I had forgotten they had a symbol at all, but there it is clear as day when I went back to look.

Anchors Away- She has a heart on the top of her anchor

Frilly Frocks- She has flowers at the corners of her mask

Bumblesweet- she has a heart in the middle of the honey pot

Now for the few clarifications that were asked for:

Yes! Rainbow Swirl is just fine! She falls in the category of "rainbow colors, but not any actual rainbows"

Yes! Frisco and Trolley are fine, however you disqualified yourself by naming both. >_< Anything pony shaped that has oficially entered the pony world (No customs!) are fine.

That being said the pony I name is Soakey Doakey! (Heh, do I give myself the prizes if I manage to win? )

NEW RULE : No symbols with a sun(s) may be used!

And to help a few of you who are wracking your brains, remember that stars may be used as long as they're not five pointed, and jewel ponies may be used as long as their jewel is set in some object, rather than in just a pattern!

I saw her in person for the first time today -- Aurora Mist! (I believe she falls under the 'starfish-not-star' clause, since it's surrounded by seashells and bubbles.)

Flutter Butter!

I didn't see her in anyones posts ;)

Last ditch attempt here...

Dance slippers?

I don't know what her symbol is totally... ballet shoes... no idea what else is there.

PS - Since the sister sets have such similar symbols, so they count as the same submission, or can someone else come in with the other sister's name?

I scrolled back and forth like a freak to see if this girl was named - How about Twinkle Twirl?

I hope I didn't miss her name somewhere

I'm hoping I didn't miss this name somewhere in the back pages....

Crystal Lake

Updates!

Ok, we're near the end of the game now, and I've revised the rules on the prizes a little. Since so many people worked pretty hard to find those ponies with unique symbols I've decided to relent a little on my "if you break the rules, or named a banned item you're disqualified from winning." Plus those who have already been disqualified may now feel no reason to continue playing, and we'll need all the help we can get naming those last few ponies! You may now have one free "mess up" slot. If you broke the rules or named a banned pony, you may still qualify for the prize, but only if it was one or less times.

Good job to all of those who still managed to name a pony! I'm particularly impressed with those who got Twinkle Twirl and Crystal Lake. YES! Those two are perfectly fine as their stars are not the required five pointed! There was only 1 diqualified pony this time too

Dance Slippers- She has hearts around her dance slippers and bows tying the shoes together.

There will be NO NEW RULE today. I can only think of 3 ponies yet to be named that qualify under the rules right now, so there's no need to make it harder. BTW in case someone is looking to name a certain pony, but is not sure if she qualifies, I will consider those things 'confetti' rather than ribbons. I'll leave the actual naming of this pony up to the players though, rather than name her myself.

The pony I name today is Soapy Smiles!

(BTW, you might look at the big ponies like Soapy Smiles if you're still looking for ponies to name...)

Good luck, and hopefully we'll know our winner by tommorrow!

You mean January Joy? :D

How about Sparklesnap?

I don't think she's been named yet :uhoh: :p

Last update!

Yes I did mean January Joy! Congrats on listing her.

Sparklesnap was also one of the few left that I can think of that qualify. ^_^

There are still a few others (2 I believe), though, and to allow time for those few to be listed, this game will offically be ended tommorrow at exactly...er...whenever I get off work and have a chance to log onto the TP? ^_~ If the remaining ponies are not name, whoever has the last correct pony, will be the winner.

I will contact the two winners (last one named, and the most ponies named) via PM tommorrow night for mailing addresses for your prizes.

Thanks to everyone who has played thus far and good luck on being the final one!

Well, rats... I only know of one more, and that's Meadow Moon. Mega-grats to whomever can think of that all-elusive last pony -- It has me totally stumped!
