MLPTP EVENT 2011 Halloween Swap Brag Thread!

Oh, and I just realized this is my 700th Post!

And finally, MaycrestMom, aka the All-Time Superhero of Halloween, the long-awaited brag pics :)

Looks like my camera, computer and free time are finally cooperating, so here goes....

First of all, my amazing swap box unwrapped:

And partially unwrapped...check out the cool card! And under the orange plastic the gifts were wrapped in the cutest little gray gauzy shrouds, which in my excitement I forgot to photograph before pulling them off 00):

I am SO in love with the artist trading cards in the bottom left of the photo. They are incredible, and perfect for Halloween! I can't decide which one is my favorite. I love them all! I hope to post a better pic of them by themselves soon.

And stickers, a craft project & coloring book for Eve! She sends a big thank you, MM. She also confiscated the mask, glow-in-the-dark fingernails and the Halloween Ponyville tube, by the way.

Daisy Paisley upgrade! YES!! And FiM Rarity, whom I didn't have as a single, so I was excited to get her pet bird as well.

And the biggest bag of Twizzlers I have ever seen, but they are ALL gone now because I took them with me to work (at the mall) and we had tons of unexpected trick-or-treaters on Saturday :( But at least we had something to give them :) so that was cool.

And 3 bags of Gummy Peach Rings which didn't make the photo because I'm hiding them.

But the first pony I actually opened was this girl:

There were no words to describe it. I was in total shock. My husband thought it was hilarious (me, not the pony). Isn't she awesome?

Right now we are redoing our bathroom so we're staying with my parents. As I was leaving my house to go over to their house I packed up the swap box to take everything with me. When I turned out the lights to leave she started GLOWING IN THE DARK!!! OMG!!!

She is adjusting well to life with Mommy & Sister Gusty, and Mimic (who is the Baby Gusties' dad, according to Eve). She has definitely earned a place of honor on the pony shelf.

Oh, but wait...what's this? Oh yes, I got TWO swap packages!

MM, you really really shouldn't have, but I lovelovelovelovelove her! She even came with her brush! I haven't even brushed her hair yet. I'm waiting until we get back home.

yeah, you were a perfect fit for a partner = I had a BBE gusty bait... and well = it's halloween ;-) so how could I not put her in costume? And then I love doing photo cards - not a pro, but figured you'd appreciate

and the ATcards are a shameless plug for Heather V. Kreiter = met her at the 2011 MD meet and love her my little demon line of art = she's shamansoulstudios on ebay and I got a bunch more of her prints to finish out a project along with a bunch of trading cards... and you just happened to mention you love art like this = well, there ya go :)

yeah, I was so glad Deryslove had her brightbow mint off the card (that's the brush she came with = so don't lose it) and I love when I can snag a top of the list item for a swap box :) so you are very welcome and thanks for providing me such clear instructions

love that the twizlers got to save the day for trick or treaters and glad you know the rule about how to save candy you like ;-)

LOVE THE PIC OF THE CANDY HAUL = thats the best part of a kid's halloween adventure :)

oh and I forgot a ahout out also thanks to DB and DB'smom for the coloring books = I got several from the MDmeet (love love love that event!),so glad I can spread the pony wealth!

Ok, so I think we are down to praying for a speedy transatlantic delivery for skycakes = I'm sure it's coming.

Thank you very much UnicornGusty for a beautiful box. I really love petite petunia! shes very pretty I couldn't believe she was MOC. o.o Just wow! I loved all the stationary and the pencils stickers and stamps :) thank you im sure it was nerve wracking waiting all this time to see if I got it. :yourock::bighug:thanks!

like I said I forgot to add your card were I was explaining
that I didn't send u candy cause it's really warm here ( well it was when I sent the box lol)
and I didn't wanna risk anything!

I understand, I have had my PO go on strike before. Im just glad everything turned out ok.. thank you I shall leave you feedback. :D
