Hey Guys!

I am curious...
has this pony been released yet?
Cause...umm....

I picked it up at a toy show this weekend (well technically someone else did and bought it for my birthday) and it didn't click until after he gave it to me and I squealed in delight that the 2009 Comic Con hasn't happened yet!

The dealer had her (not in package) and I didn't think to ask him how he got it!

So what is this? I will take a picture of her tomorrow....but she is STUNNING!!!
I absolutely LOVE her!!
Anyways....I can't even figure out how to navigate the comiccon page to find her there to link to...(soooo tired)

To the best of my knowledge, no, she has not been released yet. If your seller had her out of packaging, chances are she "escaped" from the factory, much like a few of them did earlier this month, and a few of the new MLP Fair ponies did as well. The factory in China where these are made is apparently not as secure as people would think. You're not the first one to get one of these ponies before they're released. IIRC, the Fair staff is investigating, but as I was not directly involved, that's all I know.

Just don't sell her, chances are she was stolen in the first place. Not that that's your fault, not at all, just enjoy her. She IS gorgeous. :)
 
Interesting...

that was certainly not how I thought she would of come into my hands!
The others that have "escaped", did they have their packages?
I am sad she is loose (but am SO HAPPY I have her regardless) and was really *really* surprised I found her (and not very expensive either at $30 cnd)

I wouldn't dream of selling her! Of course, they will all be available soon....I was just so shocked to see her for sale!

No, the others didn't have packages either.

LLB - they're not bootlegs. They're actual Hasbro-created ponies that were stolen or otherwise removed from the factories.

There is one of these ponies for sale on ebay right now, but it's also stolen. The seller is in China.
