1. How many mlp ponies do you think you own (not including other merchandise like backpacks, clothes, watches, decor)? (approximately)
40 (including a So Sof NewBorn Cutie plushie)
2. What is your favorite generation of Pony toys?
G3! ♥
3. Do you have ONE favorite pony, or at least a top 3 of all time?
From toys maybe Denim Blue is my fave. I love the his face espression (for me Denim is a boy pony ). And from tv cartoons Star Catcher
4. A If you are married or living with or seriously dating a person who is not into MLP, what do they think of your hobby/collection? or B If you are with someone who also DOES like MLP, what do you do together and do you shop together or mix each other ponies or keep separate?
I haven´t a couple. But I would love that if one day I have one he likes my hobby, even if he isn´t a MLP fan. That would be awazome if he buys ponies for my bday, xmas or valentine´s day lol
5. How and when did you become interested/start collecting ponies? From childhood? And why/how/what interested you?
I started in my childhood with G2 ponies, for that reason I also have an special love for them.
I remember that the first pony I saw was Petal Blossom, a clasemate has her. And I just adored that toy and asked my dad for one, and then I was in love with ponies for many years
I loved all from them, and I especially enjoyed reading the backcard stories. Sadly I don´t have the boxes now, but yes the ponies. I lost some accesories but I have all my old friends, and their hair is still pretty so I´m happy for that
6. What is your favorite pony "pose"?
Mmmm I don´t know I like many of them
7. List in order the 3 most important things you look for in purchasing a used pony when it comes to hair, eyes, symbols/cutie marks. For example, if nice uncut hair is your biggest want in used ponies, that's #1, or if mint symbols are most important, that would be #1
I´m from Argentina and I´m able to buy ponies only in an argentinian virtual shop, and there I haven´t so much ponies to buy/choose, so I can´t be very picky, but I consider these things:
#1: the body. Now I´m collecting white G3s, so I love when the body isn´t dirty, grey or yellow. Maybe if the pony is one of my most wanted ones I will buy it anyway and try to wash it, but in other pony a grey or yellow body could be a "nop"
#2: the hair, I prefer uncut and soft hair, but if I really want that pony I will buy it and just curl the hair
#3: maybe the eyes. I love G3s eyes, so if they are ok, better for me
8. Do you watch the show(s) (i.e. friendship is magic) or just collect, or both?
Both! In my childhood I bought video tapes with the MLP tales. And now I see on internet FIM and the G3 movies, and also I´m starting to see all the G1 episodes
9. Do you have any tattoos, or dyed hair to look like a pony, or anything like that, or want to?
Nop. But some pony hair would be pretty
10. Do you think in 10-20 years you'll still be collecting/owning or think you'll want to sell most or all of your ponies by then?
I don´t know if I will be still collecting, but surely I will still own my ponies. I never will sell them. Maybe I could pass them to my sons if I have them in the future, but not sell.
